Product Overview

SUB-BSR-D™ Dynamic Bend Stiffeners are an highly engineered product to provide a pre-defined stiffness to a cable or umbilical at its point of connection to a rigid structure or other system component. Its primary function is to limit design life bending stresses in the line at its most vulnerable point, thus removing the potential for damage at the line connection as a result of over bending. Our bend stiffeners can be engineered for use in both static and dynamic environments. Dynamic bend stiffeners designed for use in environments whereby the bending load is likely to alter throughout the products installation and are engineered to include significant anti-fatigue properties, thus removing any failure potential of the product throughout its lifespan.
